During the five months of 2019, the Maria Magdalena Radziwill Foundation supported the preparation and conduction of a number of socially significant charity events in Belarus.
Kids Fashion Zone
The solemn atmosphere and bright positive emotions accompanied the charity fashion project of the Kids Fashion Zone on February 9, the aim of which was to support families and create a favorable informational and social surrounding for children with oncological diseases. Children of model studios, children with oncological diseases, children of Belarusian celebrities came to the podium. Each participant had the opportunity to express their individuality. More than 400 children from various cities of Belarus took part in the project.
The project was supported by Belarusian celebrities Lavon Volski, Anastasia Shpakovskaya and Irina Klimenko (NAKA), Dmitry Kaminsky, Natalya Kudrina, Pavel Sverdlov, Natalya Bibikova, Igor Pasternak, Tamara Lisitskaya, Alexander Patlis family. The event was also visited by Alexandra Gerasimenya, who expressed words of support to children and their families.
All funds collected at the event were transferred to charity accounts of families whose children have oncological diseases.

The event was timed to the World Cancer Day (February 4) and the International Day of Children with Cancer (February 15).
Inclusive Floristic Workshops
The festive mood, the joy of creativity, heartfelt communication and the gentle breath of spring - all this included the atmosphere of the charitable floral workshops held on April 2, 3 and 4.
Families raising children with disabilities, people living in a psycho-neurological boarding school, and those who wished to spend their time in an exciting activity, 47 people took part in creative events of an inclusive format.

May 15 - International Family Day
On May 15, a lecture-consultation on the psychology of family relations was held, conducted by the family psychologist Pavel Zygmantovich.
Many families need psychological counseling to overcome difficulties in family relationships. A consultation lecture was organized to provide listeners with useful knowledge about the family.
The participants of the event were able to get answers to exciting questions regarding relations with spouses, with children and with relatives, and learned about the rules for building trust and strong relations between spouses and with children.

From May 14 to 26, an informational campaign in support of children before their birth was held in the Minsk Library No. 21.
The purpose of the action is to provide library readers with materials with following information: organizations providing assistance in crisis pregnancy; contacts of consultants-psychologists, gynecologists and other specialists; the development of the child before his birth, the possible consequences of abortion; successful stories when parents doubted, but saved the lives of children and were happy with their choice.

On May 22, a charitable inclusive workshop in floristics “Spring Decoration” took place, where people with disabilities from a psycho-neurological boarding school and all who wished to spend time in joint work and feel the joy of spring mood took part.
The event was organized with the aim of providing an opportunity for people who live outside the family to spend time in a spiritual and creative atmosphere and make new acquaintances. In an exciting joint creative session participants made out beautiful hair accessories from fresh flowers. At the end of the workshop there was a photo shoot and tea time.

More than 100 people attended the events for the International Family Day.
One of the tasks in its activities was the organization of charitable assistance and the provision of social services. In order to implement these tasks, the foundation provides regular support to the “Fate and Hope” institution in carrying out ongoing social work with families and citizens at social risk groups.
